This bombshell that is going to drop is probably nothing to worry about in a normal sense. But they (GOP) are getting her away from the media spotlight to take the heat off her. She's their posterchild for the 2012 run since she's a mom and supposedly normal American (they are trying to appeal to women to vote for her).
The thing is that people are not so stupid since the GOP has run us into the dirt and of course are blaming the Dems to try and will be marching about beating the drums to blame Obama. Because be responsible adults is something the GOP knows nothing about. Their leadshit practices is to blame everyone else first, then take the heat after the deflections has been put elsewhere.
Palin is the latest example of this she's quiting prior to being found out about something and with focus on idiots like the Governor of SC and other GOP fuckwits who are making public asses of themselves. So her disappearing while this shitstorm is brewing is a perfect way for her to get "clean" away from the current problems. The next time we will hear about her is as soon as "the Problem" become relavent, then fade away since she's no longer in office.
